Home made Laundry Soap

Im just loving this home made laundry soap from KSL Studio 5. I was skeptical at first, because I just couldn't believe that 2 tbsp was enough soap to wash your clothes. Im so glad I tried it though. It smells amazing and is an amazing stain fighter, it even got out stains that I had given up on because Oxy Clean didnt do the trick. I can't wait to try cloth diapers on it. Ok so heres the link

POWDERED LAUNDRY DETERGENT
• 2 cups Fels Naptha Soap (finely grated - you could also try the other bar soap—Zote, etc.) 1 cup Washing Soda 1 cup Borax
• Mix well and store in an airtight plastic container.
• Use 2 tablespoons per full load.

Ok also I have to talk about the cost and how it is so inexpensivce and it will save you money. Ok so this is prices at Walmart
Naptha Soap 5 bars: $4.85
76 oz Box of Boraz: $3.50
55 oz Box of Washing Soda: $3.50
Total: $11.85

Ok so I finley grated the Naptha Soap bars and got about 12 1/2 cups of the Naptha soap. I ended up making 5 batches of the mixture. And used all the ingriends that I bought. So 5 batches and I only spent about $12, ok so that means that each batch only costs me $2.40 each. And we will see how long each batch lasts me, but I already feel like I'm saving money. Because if I went and bought some liquid laundry soap at Sams or Walmart it would cost me like $14 or more for a good brand and it would only last 2 months at the most. Im so excited about how much money this is going to save me. You only use 2 tablespoons per a full load and it cleans so well. Its up to you, try it, I love it and wanted to share the joy.
