Ok so it is my great joy to share with you a wonderful recipe for Chocolate Chip Cookies WITHOUT EGGS. I don't know what it is or how it always seems to happen to me, but I never have eggs when I want to make cookies, cake or brownies. Well today is Sunday & I don't believe in going to the store on Sunday. So once again I was without eggs and wanted to make cookies. I found this recipe online and well we tried it. The cookies were ok, not as good as regular cookies with eggs, but still very good. So I'm sharing it with all of you.
Ingredients
- 3/4 C. sugar
- 1/2 C. butter, softened
- 1/2 C. oil
- 3 Tbs. water
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 1/4 C. flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1-1 1/2 C. chocolate chips
Directions
preheat oven to 375.
stir together 1st 5 ingredients,mix well
Add flour,baking soda,salt& chips
bake 8 to 10 minutes or until brown along the edges.
Yield is about 30 Cookies
